SubTime Application Privacy Policy

The SubTime app is provided by OTDSoft registered in Newton MA,USA, Here referred as Developer, we, or Service Provider.

This page is used to inform app users regarding the developer's policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use the Subtime mobile application and its services.

If you choose to use the SubTime app Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the app collects is used for providing and improving the Service. The developer will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at SubTime unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The app uses Google Analytics to understand user behavior and improve future user experience. NO user identifiable information is sent from the mobile device.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Non-Sale of PII: Our app is committed to the principle that user privacy is paramount. We will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to third-party companies for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes without your explicit consent.

Log Data

In case of errors in the app the developer collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the SubTime Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Permissions

Phone state

Phone state information will be read during a game to provide uninterrupted counter. No other phone information is collected, saved or sent.

Local Storage

The app saved application and logging information using local storage. No local stored data is sent by the app without user actions (i.e. send debug log to developer)

Camera and access to Photo Gallergy

The app allows attaching photoes either taken from the camera or from the device photo gallery

Cloud Data Storage

Our platform offers users the option to voluntarily upload application data to the cloud. This include user id used within the app, players names and game history, and user's email if user provides.

Service Providers

The developer may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

To provide the Service on our behalf;

To perform Service-related services; or

To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Children's names may be entered into the app by the coach. When sharing team with other coaches the names will be securely uploaded to Amazon Cloud service in compressed format. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are concerned over the data, please do not use the team sharing feature. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please work with the coach to remove your children's information and contact us to remove the record.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
